Limitations apply:
• One refunded item per blend
• Maximum of four refunds per customer within a 12-month period
• Refunds may not exceed $85 per customer per calendar year

The following items are NOT eligible for refunds:
• Tea tins and 70-cup bags
• Rare Leaves teas
• Dirty Chai gift set
• Tea ware including kettles, brewers, and infusers

Orders shipped to an incorrect address and international shipping issues are not eligible for refunds.

Tea ware may qualify for replacement only in cases of shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
