Leaf Vessel partners with independent tea makers who ship products directly to customers. Because products are fulfilled by different tea makers, return eligibility and refund processing may vary depending on the brand fulfilling your order.

Leaf Vessel is a curated marketplace connecting customers with independent tea makers. Products sold on Leaf Vessel are manufactured, packaged, and fulfilled by the tea maker listed on each product page.
Return Window
Most products are eligible for return requests within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within the applicable return window.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Certain items such as opened tea products, final sale items, or specialty products may not be eligible for return depending on the tea maker’s policy.
Specific return eligibility will always be listed on the product page.
Return Process
To request a return:

Contact us at support@leafvessel.com and please include the subject line "Return Request - Order #_______). In your email please include the items you want to return, the reason for the return, and your order number.

If the return is approved, the tea maker fulfilling your order will provide return instructions.

Once the product is received and inspected by the tea maker, a refund will be issued.
Because products ship directly from tea makers, returns are processed in coordination with the tea maker fulfilling the order.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return shipping instructions will be provided after a return request is approved.
Refunds
Once the tea maker receives and processes the returned item:

The tea maker will issue a refund to Leaf Vessel.

Leaf Vessel will automatically issue a refund to the original payment method used for the order.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the tea maker and payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the tea maker to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In many cases, replacements or refunds may be issued without requiring the item to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may not be eligible for returns, including:

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed by the tea maker. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
