Plum Deluxe Tea offers a Sip & Smile Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your tea or have any concerns, please contact us at support@leafvessel.com. Depending on your situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund minus any applicable payment processing fees.

If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, you may return the package to us. Once received, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus original shipping charges and any payment processing fees.

Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns on tea. However, our satisfaction guarantee still applies.
